Most airlines charge baggage fees and should learn from Amazon. The airlines should refund the baggage fees and offer free baggage on the next flight as well. The airlines will say it is the weather and they cannot control it but Amazon did not deliver the packages late it was the carriers and they did the correct response and offer refunds like any great customer service company.
