It is crazy hot in China (record setting) right now and you should drink lots of water to stay hydrated. Especially when you are flying into China please drink water and NO alcohol. It is in the 40 degrees Celsius in Shanghai right now which is 104 Degrees Fahrenheit. The food usually has a lot of sodium in it so when you eat the local food drinks lots of water. Also, you will be walking a lot to sights and everything and the jetlag is tough so stay hydrated. We live in Vegas which anything less than 110 is great for us but it is DRY heat. It takes me to get used to the humidity again which I am originally from New England and it gets hot and humid but not like China.
