We are planning our next trip to China this September and the prices do not make logically sense. For example, a flight from Las Vegas to Nanjing is $998 with stops in LA and Beijing through Air China. But we want a multi-city flight to spend time in Beijing at the beginning of the trip, for example, Las Vegas to Beijing (after Beijing trip we will take a train to Nanjing) then Nanjing to Las Vegas the price is $1245 with Air China. This $1245 Flight is one less flight and it is more expense than the $998. Another example, Las Vega to Beijing then Beijing to Las Vegas the price is $1408 with Air China with 2 less flights. Do we get buy the cheaper Las Vegas to Nanjing flight and step our flight from Beijing to Nanjing? This does not make logically sense!
